HoneyNode adaptation to handle states

Make the adaptations that may be required to handle all functional tests associated with notifications on state changes. This includes developing code to update the operational states on port and device after an action that may affect this states has been launched. This shall be available for 1.2.1, 2.2.1 and 7.1 device versions.

Acceptance criteria : Honeynode code is updated and one functional test is added to the test suite to check operational state change on a port after the port has been activated (service and corresponding interfaces created)
