Update documentation for the new feature on topology updates

Update the documentation with respect to the newest feature. Maybe explain the process of getting a NETCONF event, updating the topology, sending a notification to the service handler (Interface D -> Topology Manager to Service Handler communication) and how that ends up generating a notification which is sent to the Kafka Broker (nbinotification module)
