Description

Tox has a parallel mode to run jobs in parallel since version 3.7.

This mode would allow to run the test suite faster especially on the gate but this means to:

activate parallel in Jenkins
refactor tox profiles
Allow to configure the controller to liste to alternate ports
use different logs file for each controller instance
