Description

ServiceType is needed by both PCE and Renderer. It makes sence to get it easily from common module instead of duplicating the treatment to obtain it from the service-create rpc inputs. It is also necessary to add a specific getOtnServiceType method for otn-services for which the mapping information is not necessary and not available.
