Change absolute path of leafreaf in GNPy topology yang model

In phosphorus release, mdsal will manage a strictly compliant leafreaf path interpretation.
GNPy topology yang model contains grouping containing leafreaf with an absolute path.
Since grouping may be used in other modules, the parent reference may be unknown.
So, it is important to modify the path to define correct path with qualified names.
