Extend the 7.1 model support to 100G services

Currently we only have tested the 7.1 models for B100G. Extend the capability of TPCE to support both B100G devices and 100G

This includes:

1. Port-mapping
2. Renderer provisioning
3. End-to-end service create

Also, test hybrid models, meaning when A-side is 7.1 and Z-side is 2.2.1
