Test suite for E2E service 400GE service creation/deletion

A test suite is developped to test B100G service creation/deletion. In this initial test will focus on 400GE, ODUC4 and OTUC4 services. The simulated infrastructure (Honeynode) includes a mix of 7.1 and lower release ROADMs. All OTN and E2E relevant tests performed on 2.2.1 Devices are adjusted to the services' rates and included.

Acceptance criteria : Does not bring regression. The test suite is available. Potential corrections to the code are performed so that the test suite can be fully and successfully executed.
