100GE Service create/delete over muxponders. Check, the code and adapt it so that we support 100GE service is creation/deletion between 2 muxponder client ports. We will consider that the OTUC4/OTSI and ODUC4 services between the 2 muxponder port are already created (ODUC4 and OTU4 links populated in the topoogy).

Acceptance criteria : the code does not bring regressions and is submited for review.
