Description

B100G OSNR calculations could be performed by GNPy. Anyway, some of the penalties will not be considered as they are defined in OR by GNPy. The code of the PostAlgoPathValidator needs to be upgraded to calculate all penalties associated with the PMD, PDL, CD, (IBOSNR and OOB OSNR contributions). Some of these parameters will come from the catalog.
