Description
Service create implementation between 2 ROADMS. Currently the code supports service creation between 2 Transponder endpoints. In order to hanle intermediate step where the 2 transponder are not existing and we want to reserve the resources, or typical OLS case, need to extend service creation to have the possibility to create a service between 2 SRG PPs.
Shall include Func Tests associated to it
