Make hash computation method used for sapi/dapi public

This method is used during the portmapping creation to calculate a hash associated to the logical connection point of a node. This mehtod is currently protected.
Putting it public will allow to use this method in the renderer, to calculate the hash for the sapi and dapi configurations directly during the otu or odu interface creations.
