NodeEdgePoint consolidation in T0 ML topologies

For the MDONS use case, we need to generate Node Edge point UUID in both the T0 Multilayer topology and the T0 Full Multilayer topology. They are currently not generated randomly. But as we have in the second i and e NodeEdgePoint-N in place of NodeEdgePoint-N in the first, the generated UUID differ. We need to solve this so that UUID generated for eNodeEdgePoint-N and NodeEdgePoint-N are the same.

Acceptance criteria : the code is submited to review, does not bring any regression and the Junit test are adapted.
