    Description

      Now that the building of official models is managed on the dedicated transportpce-models repository, add the lattest TAPI v2.4.0 models.
      Make artifacts of these new models availble in Argon release train for future developement in transportpce project.

      Integrate these models in odl-tapi-models feature.
