Evaluate potential gaps in Highstreet approach

During the last Demo made by Highstreet, they mentioned that they almost covered what is associated with PMs, but that they did not initiate work on Alarms.
We need to identify whether some work has been done on alarms in the meanwhile, or if it still needs to be done (WHAT). Then we need to understand what eventually needs to be done in ONAP, in TransportPCE and in the Remote ODL client part (WHERE). Last, we need to understand who can do it (if Highstreet still has funding to accomplish what was planned initially or not) (WHO).
