Functional tests for 100G wavelength services with mixed OpenROADM models

With introduction of 7.1 models, the 100G transponder on A-side could be on 2.2.1 device model while the Z-side could be on 7.1 models or vice-verse.

We already have support for 100G renderer implementation for 7.1 models.

Add functional tests to check end-to-end service creation for between 7.1 models and 2.2.1 models.
