Honeynode adaptation to generate PMs current values

Write code needed to generate PM in the device configuration files from the PM behaviour description (in the initial device xml configuration files) .
In a first step, we propose to focus on :
_generating current PM
_generate an average value which is in the middle of predefined boundaries (no random aspect)
Honeynode code is updated to generate PM according to what is defined in initial config files.
