Some functional tests may fail due to order of items in list contained in dictionary

Some functional tests uses the assertIn() function with dictionaries.
When dictionary contains a list of several items, order of items is taken into acount to compare dictionaries.
Order of items inside list may vary and make test suite failing.
Adatp test code to be able to compare strictly dictionaries and lists.
