High Description
The RPC service-reroute can be used to restore a service that is affected by ROADM line failures. It should run a path-computation to check if an other route exists for a service in failure.
This RPC must be synchronous and return the result of the computation [ResponseCode =200 (success) or 500 (fail)].
Acceptance criteria : the code does not bring regression, associated tests are provided
