when a device port state changes, the associated tp state is automatically updated in transportpce topologies. This is also done for links terminated on the concerned TP.
Unfortunately, only tp state change is reported in the service-path, in the servicehandler module.
the link state change should also be reported in the service-path as it is done for topologies.
