Description
Update transportpce/tests/installMavenCentOS.sh script to check that the major version number of java and javac is >= 17. Previous version had assumed that major version number was a single digit 1, but this older convention ended in 2017 when Java 9 version string became 9.0.0 instead of 1.9.0. (See [JEPS 223|https://openjdk.org/jeps/223])
