Use components whenever possible

Some implementations of TransportPCE interfaces are still manually instanciated from Provider classes, whereas they are standalone and could be easily converted into an OSGi DS Component.

Convert them into a Component as much it is possible. Remove Provider class when it becomes unnecessary.
