BGPCEP Aluminium Release Plan

For bgpcep project, apart from regular maintenance (bug-fixes, etc.) we plan to work on below features/enhancements in Aluminium release:

1. Add support for: Advertising Segment Routing Policies in BGP (BGPCEP-833)
2. Remove OSGi dependency from bgpcep modules
3. Enhance the Path Computation Algorithms: Point2MultiPoint, Path Diversity, take into account IRO, XRO & Objective function
4. Update code to be conform to latest RFC8231 (Stateful), RFC8281 (Initiate), RFC8664 (Segment Routing) and drafts (PCEP Capabilities, Association Group, etc.)
5. Add Extended Metrics support to Link State Topology
6. Add JSON payloads in RESTCONF examples in addition to XML
7. Add Path Manager Service to complement Path Computation support
8. Add support to RFC5441 (Backward Recursive Path Computation) for multi-domain scenario
9. Support for BGP Persistance
