Summary
This is a request for the BGP LS PCEP project to join as a Managed project for the first time.
Healthy Community
BGP LS PCEP has been part of ODL since Hydrogen, contributing on each version with new improvements and features.
Responsiveness
All the committers and active project contributors are currently subscribed to the mailing list, IRC, Jira.
Many of the contributors or consumers always try to help each other and provide support for any mailing list question.

The project meetings are open to anyone and take event only under proposal of subject to be treated, given
the low assistance of participants.
Active Committers
Currently we have 4 committer, been 2 the most active (Robert Varga, Claudio D. Gasparini).

Committers try always to provide support on timely manner and always trying to keep CSIT
jobs healthy as possible, and improving test coverage.
TSC Attendance
One of the active committer is TSC member so project representation is guaranteed.
Checkpoints Submitted On-Time
BGP LS PCEP project acknowledge that it will submit all the required checkpoints on time.
They have a good history of on-time milestone submission during the previous format of the release process and it's recorded in the docs project.
Jobs Required for Managed Projects Running
BGP LS PCEP project has an extensive set of CSIT test that cover features, performance, longevity, clustering.

Depend only on Managed Projects
BGP LS PCEP project depends only on core managed project:

- MD-SAL
- Yangtools

CLM
BGP LS PCEP acknowledges that it will respond/act in timely manner to Component Lifecycle Violations issues reported related to the project.
As per the last report from Linux Foundation, there was no critical CLM violation was reported.
