Port Down Event is not deleting the Flow table 0 entry from OVS

Port Down Event is not deleting the Flow table 0 entry from OVS

Steps

1. Create Trunk interface ,Vlan port , Elan instance and Elan Interface
2. ping across the host
3. Bring down the switch down
4. OF_Port_Down status is getting captured in wireshark capture
5. Check the flow entries

Issue :- Port Down Event is not deleting the Flow table 0 entry from OVS
