Output too many messages when OpenFlow switches disconnected

When OpenFlow switches were disconnected from OpenDaylight controller, I observed that too many messages VTN Manger output on OSGi console and to opendaylight.log.

For example, when eight switches were disconnected, VTN Manager output the following ERROR message 7752 times.

The problem was more observed in more OFS execution.
