Unwanted MAC address may be saved into the configuration file.

If the VTN configuration is already initialized by another controller in the cluster, the VTN Manager will save that configuration into file.
In this case the VTN Manager will save the MAC address of the local node into the VTN configuration file even though the MAC address is not configured in the VTN configuration.
