    Description

      When VTN Manager reads flow condition from the MD-SAL datastore, VTN Manager caches it while the transaction is active. Although VTN Manager should purge all the cached flow conditions when the transaction is canceled, currently not.
      So VTN Manager may use obsolete flow condition on packet handling.
