Add support to writing JSON containing mount points

With YANGTOOLS-1010 we have acquired enough infrastructure to move mount point data through the system. YANGTOOLS-1007 delivered the ability to originate such data from XML.

In order to support NETCONF-to-RESTCONF encoding, we also need JSON to be able to emit this data based on the infrastructure available.
