Do not use SchemaPath in UsesNode/AugmentationSchemaNode/Deviation properties

UsesNode defines its properties in terms of a SchemaPath. The list of refines should be define with SchemaNodeIdentifier.Descendant as a key. Source grouping should not be expressed as a path, but rather should hold the grouping itself.
