YangError does not report error-tag

    Description

      yang.common.YangError is supposed to expose enough information to cover requirements of reporting at least https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7950#section-8.3.1 . Unfortunately we are not exposing error-tag, which makes error reporting more problematic.
