Fix compile errors in eclipse

    Description

      There are several bundles that don't compile in eclipse, mostly due to the absence of the build-helper-maven-plugin for the xtend generated code.

      Also the xtend generated classes show up as unstaged in git. The entry in .gitignore appears incorrect - changing to just "xtend-gen" works.
