Fold yang-{parser,xpath}-antlr

We are currently exposing our antlr grammars in separate artifacts to keep SpotBugs happy. This is leaking implementation details, which we can side-step by declaring a package-level @SuppressFBWarnings.
Integrate grammars into yang-parser-rfc7950 and yang-xpath-impl, so they do not leak.
