Disconnect StatementContextBundle from NamespaceBehaviour.Registry

NamespaceBehaviour.Registry has only a single user in yang-parser-spi, which is StatementContextBundle. The only use case here is self-similar walk towards parent bundles, hence we should be able to easily disconnect these two constructs.
