    Description

      yang.model.repo.api.FeatureSet implements a Set<QName> to control YANG parser's view of features.

      The Set aspect of this class is an unfortunate side-effect of the parser APIs, where really we want to have a way to flexibly implement what is essentially a Predicate<QName>.

      Refactor FeatureSet and move it to yang-model-api, so that it can be properly integrated with IfFeatureExpr.
