yang-maven-plugin elicits deprecation warning with maven-3.9.1

    Description

      During build with maven-3.9.1, the following warning is displayed:

      [INFO] --- yang:9.0.7:generate-sources (binding) @ sal-distributed-datastore ---
[WARN] Parameter 'localRepository' is deprecated core expression; Avoid use of ArtifactRepository type. If you need access to local repository, switch to '${repositorySystemSession}' expression and get LRM from it instead.

      This is caused by MNG-7706 and we need to migrate. We can use the surefire patch to navigate what needs to be done.
