Deprecate MixinNode

MixinNode is closely tied to XML encoding, which is the only standard that existed when the interface was originally defined. Its presence does not accurately work when we assume JSON encoding or (something else as well).

Seal the interface, explicitly enumerating end-user interfaces it covers and deprecate it for removal.
