org.opendaylight.yangtools.yang.model.api.Module should expose QNameModule

A lot of code interacting with Module ends up taking its namespace/revision, combines it with something local and create a QName out of it. This is overly verbose and misses a natural opportunity for QNameModule reuse (which QName uses internally).

Expose QNameModule to the outside world and deprecate the getters.
