    Description

      RFC 6020 calls for XML encoding to list the nodes which are part of a keyed container's key first, in the order as they appear in the key definition. JSON encoding does not care. NormalizedNodeWriter does not honor this, as it will emit the nodes in the iteration order of the underlying map.
