Binding Data Codec: Expose low-level tree-based APIs

Binding Data Codec was implemented in Helium as tree, but this aspect was not visible outside package.

Exposing this aspcet of codecs, will make possible to implement lazy DataObjectModification, lazy deserialization and codecs, which would use cache in order to decrease heap overhead.
