yang-model-api: Cleanup Yin/YangSchemaSource

YangTextSchemaSource and YinSchemaSource are not API-consistent. preventing their combined use within Yang parser API. Fix that deficiency and define a proper YANG parser API, which will use ServiceLoader as the glue between implementation and consumers.
