Yin parser does not read arguments of unknown statements

    Description

      Yin parser does not read arguments of unknown statements. Especially in case when an argument name is other than 'name', because Yin parser assumes that statement definition of each unknown statement is RFC6020.Extension which argument name is 'name'.
