java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Not currently in a leaf-list while serializing data-change event

Issue is seen when using ODL PCEP feature. We are subscribing to data-change notifications on pcep-topology by using create-data-change-event-subscription RPC and a web-socket listener is registered to listen on these notifications

"java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Not currently in a leaf-list" error is seen when new bw-sample is added (ref: https://github.com/opendaylight/bgpcep/blob/master/pcep/auto-bandwidth-extension/src/main/yang/odl-pcep-auto-bandwidth.yang) and web-socket listener does not get the notification as a result of that
