documentation generation appears to be truncated

When I look at the documentation generation for:

https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/controller/job/controller-merge/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/opendaylight/md-sal/model/model-flow-service/target/site/models/flow-node-inventory.html

It seems like it is missing a bunch of stuff at the bottom it should have. In particular, clicking on a link like:

https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/controller/job/controller-merge/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/opendaylight/md-sal/model/model-flow-service/target/site/models/flow-node-inventory.html#table

Used to take me to the xml example for tables... and now does not resolve in the page.
