Restricted type statement in deviate "replace" statement has an empty parent

When creating SchemaPath for a restricted type statement which is placed within deviate "replace" statement, an exception is thrown in TypeUtils.typeEffectiveSchemaPath() because the type statement has an empty parent SchemaPath.
