Change return type of Module.getYangVersion() from String to YangVersion

    Description

      Currently, Module.getYangVersion() returns String. With introducing Yang 1.1 support we have defined enumeration YangVersion for yang versions, therefore it would be better to change return type of this method from String to YangVersion.
