Description
OpenConfig defines an extension which allows marking leaves as containing confidential information. Both JSON and XML codecs should recognize this marking and ensure plaintext is not encoded.
Since XML/JSON can be used for both backups (where we need plaintext) and normal NETCONF/RESTCONF operation (where we need to emit a hash), this needs to be configurable when the serializer is instantiated. Parsing should not be affected by this feature.
