CSIT failing with yang-model-validator in cisco-openconfig-if-aggregate-devs

    Description

      the process to download the java test tool that the yangtools csit uses was broken for a long time
      in CSIT. That has since been resolved and the tool is running properly (AFAICT). There is a failure,
      however in one model. The suite stops on the first failure, so I don't know if there may be more
      or not.
