Rework yang exporter

Current yin-model-export is not completely correct in that it is selective about what statements are exported when.

Another problem is that the output is immediately written to output, whereas it would be nice if we could just capture the state into a XMLStreamReader, which would capture enough data and could be transformed to an appropriate output using Transformers.
