Add util.concurrent.FluentFutures

FluentFuture is very useful for reducing boiler-plate code when composing functions, but unfortunately is not readily available from google.common.util.concurrent.Futures.

Furthermore ODL codebase uses Listenable<Void> and Listenable<Boolean>, which have low-cardinality. Providing common constants for these will allow for less allocation/code duplication overhead.
