As NETCONF-563 shows we need the ability not only to construct nodes, but to stream them to NormalizedNodeStreamWriter.
As it turns out, ImmutableNodes.fromInstanceId() can easily be reformulated to work in terms of having an YangInstanceIdentifierWriter, which ImmutableNodes then hooks into ImmutableNormalizedNodeStreamWriter.
